At 1 Victory Designs, every item is made with intention and care. Because each piece is created to order, all sales are final.

Presently we do not offer refunds, but we do consider replacement requests individually. 

 

Replacement Eligibility

 

Replacements are only offered if:

• There is an error in the design

• The print is incorrect

• The product arrives with a manufacturing defect

 

The customer must provide:

• A clear photo of the issue

• The order number

• Proof of purchase

 

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

 

Situations Not Eligible for Replacement

 

We do not offer replacements for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Change of mind

• Normal wear and tear

• Slight color variations due to screen settings

• Orders delivered correctly to the address provided

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

 

How to Request a Replacement for a Defective Item

• Your order number

• Photos of the defect

 

If approved, we'll resend the exact same item to the address used for your original order.
